Dauphin Summers

Society isn’t working, now says Larry Summers, President Emeritus, Harvard University.

True, I have written about that subject for the last 10 years or so, pertaining to how we build systems that determine what can be discovered. The United States is in a particularly rough and embarrassing spot because we are supposed to lead the world with new rigors of excellence we first and successfully apply to ourselves. Au contraire.

We have not, because we do not seem to know what a system really is, what theory must be embedded in a system, and what principles said theory needs to adhere to, what constitutes freedom, what relativity means, and so on. Instead, we sell ourselves the false hope of sustainability nonexistent anywhere in the universe and parade after leaderless leaders who can cement our position in a crockpot society.

Let’s just admit it. We have deployed a fly-by-the-seat-of-our-pants kind of society that offers us many short-term advantages. The chaos of not knowing what the hell we are doing, what our objectives as a country are, and how we advance the prospects of all of humanity allows us to take every opportunity for a selfish ride. Until the evolutionary long comes calling.

Larry Summers is particularly guilty of the charge of blowing with the strong winds of short when in 2013 he withdrew his nomination as the President of the Federal Reserve, under Barack Obama, writing a letter that does not quite support his current chameleon stance. He then wrote about how Obama led the nation into sustainable recovery, which strengthened the middle class and reformed our financial system. None of which happened.

Economists, like Larry Summers, have a tendency to make shit up after a threat appeared unexpectedly in their rear-view mirror, for their modus-operandi is to deploy an extrapolation of hindsight sold as foresight to break the norm. Be forewarned, as an expert on ill-conceived consequences is merely a rebel without a cause.

Stop listening to the lazy, self-indulging, and conformant dauphins of society who have no clue how to reinvent ourselves anew. Because we can reinvent ourselves as a nation when we stop regurgitating hindsight and embrace a new normalization of nature’s truth that will deliver unprecedented foresight of upside to fundamentally change The United States and authentically inspire the world.

From analyzing the workings of policy, capital, and innovation, Georges noticed how these siloed constructs are woefully incompatible with the principles nature deploys to produce regenerative performance. With humanity stuck in a fabric of its own making, Georges set out to reinvent the operating-systems of humanity to fix the theory that determines what humanity can discover, aiming to fundamentally improve human adaptability to nature's entropy.
