Do VC Firms Who Actively Express Support For Female Entrepreneurs Actually Succeed In Being Less Sexist?

No, they do not succeed. They are, in actuality, more sexist. For equality is a fantasy of inequitable proportion and the segregation it infers is cultural suicide.

Not just between sexes but also between race, descent, and status. The quality of evolution is predicated on our meaningful differences, not on our commonalities. The same tiny part of our uncommon DNA that makes us look different is the one that makes us behave differently, and thus defines our evolutionary outcome. We best not mute our differences into stifling commonalities, for we will become robots in ignorance of the beauty of our differences, each with their unique composition playing a vital role in life.

Furthermore, a quest for an a priori selection based on someone’s attributes before the merit of that person is established, is the grave depravity of reason stemming from a manmade confounding of cause and consequence.

Hence, a firm or individual establishing selection or judgment based on an attribute like sex admits the very denial of a meritocracy, and I would not trust a VC firm that judges entrepreneurs not first and foremost on their entrepreneurial merit.

But cheap karma convinces many who must rely on the whims of confusion to make it through life.
