Government should define the framework for a legitimate marketplace, not interfere with the day-to-day operations of the exchange. As result of a lack of free-market principles instilled in every marketplace, our government has gotten lost in the woods as to how to enable viable outcomes.

Nowhere is that more clear than in how our government was asleep at the wheel of creative destruction by allowing cellular network operators to tie the SIM cards of phones to their network only. Destroying the very free-market principles of why GSM as a cross-network protocol was invented.
